Hidden Secrets about USB Flash Drive’s Security
Hidden Secrets about USB Flash Drive’s Security

People keep complaining us that they set a password for their locker and then they forget it. To ensure sheer security, we do not offer password recovery for the forgotten locker pass codes.  So what happens is that the user loses his important files and folders locked in folder lock’s locker and we get a shower of complains against it.

But, it is not that you don’t have any way around this problem as we present to you the smartest and a funny way to create a secure password and a way to remember it.

This is something that probably has been happening with you before reading this post. You installed Folder Lock, created a password and then forgot it the next day.

You didn’t jot it down on a sticker and slap stick it to your monitor or scribbled it in your notepad because you were afraid that someone would find it out, somehow and your privacy practices will go straight down the hill.

Don’t worry, with few tips and guidance, it will be fun to create a password and that too will be easily remembered or be reminded of. Don’t think too much, just follow the lead!

Let’s get started!

Although this lesson is for every Folder Lock user, but for our college going and teen-ager users, this lesson will be of great fun. Keep reading!

So, we all know that the most popular song among teen-agers these days is Rebecca Black’s ‘Friday’ (Not forgetting the negative publicity of this song, still it remained the hit for days).

Okay, so. Take these lyrics from this song:

It’s Friday, Friday
Gotta get down on Friday
Everybody’s lookin’ forward to the weekend…

Grab the first letters of the last two lines: GgdofElfttw

So, here you get a nice, yet difficult to be easily guessed password. But, we need to make it numeric as our focus is to craft a hard-to-crack password.

The release year of this song is 2011, so now the password takes the following form.

Ggdof2011Elfttw

Now, to remember this password, you can stick a note at your monitor stating ‘ I want to listen to Rebecca Black’s’ Friday’ every day’. I know it sounds funny but don’t forget the part that by doing so, you’ll be reminded of your password without involving the attention of anyone using your system. Every time you log in to your system, the screen flashes the sticky note on your monitor and your password will come back into your memory in a jiffy.

A combination of at least seven characters, a mix of upper and lower case, few numbers and a good sense of humor is what you require to achieve your goal in maintaining the security of your data. Interesting, isn’t it?  Try this and give us your feedback
